Understanding EcoZmart Approvals
EcoZmart Franchisee - License
An EcoZmart Franchisee is a certified company that has completed comprehensive training to deliver applications to the highest industry standards. This license grants exclusive franchise rights, including securing and managing territories as an official reseller.
Franchisees must meet all operational criteria outlined in the EcoZmart Franchise Manual and adhere to rigorous quality and performance standards. With this certification, franchisees are authorized to offer warranties of up to 30 years, covering:

Water pressure resistance up to 30 bars.

Protection against radon - chemicals - toxic gases.

Structural reinforcement to enhance durability and safety.
By becoming an EcoZmart Franchisee, companies gain the tools, credibility, and exclusive rights to deliver premium solutions that set them apart in the industry.
EcoZmart Certified - Certification
An EcoZmart certified Contractor is an independent company that has completed partial training to provide in-house warranty, authorized to offer independent warranties of up to 10 years for a maximum of 10 bars, EcoZmart is always accountable for product performance guarantee.
Certified companies have the advantage of offering warranties of up to 30 years and 30 bar, provided that the application undergoes pre-evaluation, quality control, and post-inspection by EcoZmart licensed company according to our warranty insurance requirements.
Alternatively, a certified company may choose to transfer full responsibility for a 10-year / 10-bar warranty to EcoZmart, under the same quality assurance process.
These specialized services are only available through an Official EcoZmart Licensed Company.
